In principle, all file formats can be submitted. However, for data curation and processing, it has to be accessible by available, preferably open access tools. In case the GFBio curators cannot access the data, you will be contacted. Most frequently submitted file formats are spreadsheets, csv/txt-files or images (.png, .jpeg).
