No, as soon as a dataset is published in one of our data centers you cannot edit the dataset anymore.
Detailed Answer
In case of a minor mistake, a curator can manually adjust it. In case of significant changes, you are requested to provide a new version of the dataset which will be archived under version control and receive a new DOI.
